I left Ypsilanti at 2:10 pm, after church, got burgers at Wendy's, and headed south on US 23.
Gas was $3.429/gal in Franklin, Ohio.
After lots of rain, including a thunderstorm in Findlay, Ohio, it turned sunny.
I stopped at the Kentucky Welcome Center at 6:50 pm, only to find it closed.
At 8:12 pm, I called it a night and found a hotel in Richmond, Kentucky, the Days Inn.
Price was $49.95 + tax.
(OK, I set the date wrong on the camera. This was really 2011!)
